Discover the privacy and tranquility you've been searching for with this Northwoods waterfront retreat! Nestled on an incredible 1.2-acre wooded lot with approximately 290 feet of frontage on the Wisconsin River, flowing directly into beautiful Lake Alice, this property offers exceptional seclusion, outstanding fishing, and year-round recreation right from your backyard. Lake Alice is one of the area's favorite destinations, offering miles of scenic boating without fluctuating water levels, making it ideal for docks, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and pontoon cruising throughout the season. Spend the day on the water and boat to several popular waterfront bars and restaurants featuring great food, live music, and summer entertainment. Known for excellent fishing, Lake Alice is home to walleye, musky, northern pike, bass, and panfish, making it a favorite for anglers year-round. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the main level, with a spacious living room centered around a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Patio doors from both the living room and kitchen lead to lakeside decks, creating the perfect spaces to relax, entertain, or take in peaceful river views. Convenient main-floor laundry adds to the home's functionality. Numerous improvements have been completed over the past 10 years, including the well, septic system, furnace, and interior remodeling, allowing you to move in with confidence while still having room to make it your own. Outside, you'll appreciate the level yard leading to the water, complete with a firepit area, woodshed, outdoor bar, one-car garage, and additional carport. The full walkout basement offers excellent potential for future finished living space, additional bedrooms, or a recreation room. Searching for a full-time residence, weekend getaway, or investment property, this rare waterfront setting delivers something that's becoming increasingly difficult to find access to one of Northern Wisconsin's most enjoyable Lakes.

About
I have lived in the Tomahawk area for over 25 years; drawn here by its friendliness,
beauty, and outdoor life. Originally from Indiana, I knew this was where I wanted to live my life after spending a weekend skiing on one of the
beautiful lakes of the Northwoods.
Prior
to earning my Realtor license, I started my career with Tomahawk Log &
Country Homes; hitting all aspects of the industry – sales, bidding, management
and serving as President for 10+ years. I have over 20 years of experience in the home construction industry, driving
strategic growth and product visibility for 4 separate corporations. I am past President and longtime member of the Headwaters Builders
Association and also currently on the Board of Director’s of a local community
bank. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing Major from the University of Wisconsin – Eau
Claire.
I am highly competitive, passionate, persuasive and articulate while keeping
ethics and morals in the forefront of all decision making. My extensive
knowledge of sales, marketing, building trades and banking make me a great fit
for our team at Northwoods Community Realty.
My wife and I live on the Nokomis Chain and
enjoy waterskiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and fishing in our great Northwoods. Our two grown daughters have embarked on their own business careers after graduating form UW Madison and still enjoy all the recreational activities that they grew up with. They are fortunate to still live in the great state of Wisconsin.
